Description

Having TRAC_ADMIN privilege, without expilicitly having TICKET_ADMIN privilege, does not allow for ticket descriptions to be modifiable, i.e. the descrtion text area is not displayed. Adding TICKET_ADMIN explicitly will allow to modify the ticket description.

I have TRAC_ADMIN on all my projects and this has worked fine under both 0.7.x and 0.8. Try restarting your server and if necessary contact the MailingList for further assistance.

Sorry, my mistake. In my project here I had assigned the non-existant privilege TRAC-ADMIN instead of TRAC_ADMIN, that was causing the problem.
