Dynamic variable automatic form

#140 requested dynamic variable support, and a dynamic form for filling in those dynamic values; the first part was completed, the second wasn't, so opening a ticket so it stays on the books

The benefits are pretty self explanatory, but I'd like to see it always show the form for all variables in the report, not just the ones with missing values. This would allow you to know what you had to fill in, but also change the values and re-run the report easily.

I'd be interested in working on this one also.

Old ticket, but looks like it has been accomplished.

Trac now provides support for custom ticket queries, used to display lists of tickets meeting a specified set of criteria.
