Remove completed milestones from ticket editor

I find it annoying to see all completed milestones in the milestone dropdown in the ticket editor. In my standard usage scenario I only want to be able to select non-completed milestones in that dropdown. I never assign tickets to completed milestones. Having weekly milestones that dropdown blows up quickly and it's hard to detect relevant milestones.

Old tickets should of course still show their assigned milestone, even if it has been completed, so the content of the dropdown box may possibly not be retrieved using a simple query. But it should be possible to somehow configure the ticket editor to only show completed milestones plus the currently selected milestone of the ticket.

Also there should be a possibility to sort the milestone dropdown by due date.

Well, 0.10.3 is quite outdated these days.

The 0.11 versions behave as you described for normal users, including the sorting. Users with TICKET_ADMIN still have the possibility to retarget a ticket to an already closed milestone.
