Change message in "Ticket History", when attach file is updated.

Description

Now when I upload new version of earlier uploaded file in "Change History" appears message: 

attachment XXX added.

I think that this message could be: 

attachment XXX changed.

  • resolution set to wontfix

We don't keep a history of attachment changes. When you replace an attachment, the previous version disappears without a trace. There are AFAIK no plans to implement attachment versioning.

Add/Change #7220 (Change message in "Ticket History", when attach file is updated.)
