With docutils 0.3.3 you cant use the trac role to write ticket i.e
WikiPage:trac:
But it works with 0.3.1.
How to assign roles has changed to version 0.3.3.
Below is patch to make it work with 0.3.3.
The patch also contains fixes for #635, #649, #650

Added check that docutils >= 0.3.3 is used. Also added verilog processor to wikiformatting
