Uninstalled MC the wrong way. Looks uninstalled but MC client is, still running and restarts every time the pc restarts

Description

-recieving this error "The Page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

-had her disable cookies/ No

-tried uninstall sheet/ No -Unliked her account/ No

I have set up a conference call with her and Andrew tommorow where I will be sitting in.
