Date format should be configurable

The date format used in trac should be configurable, currently it seems to be locked at "09/30/07", I have looked at http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracFaq#how-do-i-change-the-format-used-for-displaying-date-and-time and not found anything that fits the format I want. So something like shortdateformat="%Y-%m-%d" (or whatever python use, I only know php date format syntax) in trac.ini would be nice. Possibly several entries for different forms of dates used in different places by trac.
