Description
Hi! Newbie error: more than once now (poor short term memory, wha-dya-gonna-do) I've made the mistake of typing a link as name-of-page?; unfortunately, rather than telling me I've done something stupid (or at least wrong), Trac just takes me to the home page of the project, without explanation. A more experienced colleague where I work agrees: this is not (new)user-friendly behavior - might it be possible to have Trac inform the "offender" when they've made this rather obvious and natural mistake? Thanks!
(Sorry if this is an existing ticket: I began to look for something resembling it in the wiki-related group of existing tickets, but that list is already so long...might I also suggest, while I have someone's eye, that the ticket, wiki, and browser categories (at the very least) be further subdivided in some manner.)
