Ticket Unicode Text Attachments are not displayed correctly.

Hello and thank you for the wonderful piece of software.
My problem is as follows: When I attach a Unicode text document to a ticket and then click on the link to view it, all unicode (in my case: Greek) characters are displayed garbled.
There is no problem in displaying the same text in the body of the ticket itself (by copying and pasting).
I have also tried to attach the file with an .htm extension but it still does not work.

This is because there's currently no way to guess the charset used in your file. There are plans to enhance this, so I'm closing this as duplicate: see #4080.
