steps

  1. mark a milestone complete
  2. go to any previously created ticket

results

all milestones are in the drop down list, even completed milestones

expected

only currently open/uncompleted milestones

notes

  • bug does not occur for New Tickets (they only show uncompleted milestones)
  • this bug gets worse and worse with time, as milestones for the project grow the list gets unwieldy; and we frequently designate a milestone and move previously reported problems into that milestone to complete them.
