Email formatting problems

The formatting of e-mail messages sent by Trac is normally pretty horrible

1. When things go over a line when you are typing in one of the text areas (such as description), in the e-mail, this is represented as two spaces rather than just one which looks quite odd when your e-mail client isnt line breaking in the same place

2. All WikiFormatting is left in e-mail messages and even when only used lightly its quite a distraction

3. No option to send plaintext or HTML messages. HTML messages would look much nicer although obviously should not be enforced
