Assigning time estimates to tasks

Description

It would make Trac more suited for the management of agile development processes, if time estimates could be assigned to various tasks/tickets and the completion bars in the roadmap view would display the ratio of the summary time estimates rather than just the ratio of numbers of tasks completed over all tasks for the milestone.
