Port r4282 to 0.10.x stable -- diff display switcher

The feature of #4159, switching diff display between tabular and unified diff, is very usefull and a long wanted feature I believe. So I want it be ported and included in next stable release.

Attached patch is for 0.10.x and it contains jQuery (latest) because original fix r4282 requires it. Including jQuery to 0.10.x would need some discussion.

Sorry, first patch is not worked on changeset view. Use second patch instead.

Well, with 0.11dev getting nearer, I don't think it's worth adding big improvements like that to 0.10-stable. For those who really want to have this, the patch is here ;)

So I'd propose a wontfix for this one. Other opinions?
