Description

I've noticed that trac has sent me (after update of t.e.o to 0.10.3rc1) nofications emails about ticket changes.

For ticket #4174, I got 2 notifications, both affecting my own comment.

The comments added by cboos were not sent to me via email.

clarification: until today, trac has not sent any notification emails to me.

This is because the "always_notify_reporter" option was not enabled on t.e.o. I've enabled that option now so you should receive a notification mail about this comment. I'm resolving this issue as worksforme since this feature actually works (if enabled) and no code change is required.
