Description
The Enviroment: Apache 2.0.59,Python 2.35,SVN 1.3.1 TRAC 0.1 Somebody said the problem is belongs Unicode transform, I thinks so , But I don't know how to fix it, I had tried update TRAC.ini file with Charset, update from encode('utf-8') to encode 'mbcs') in api.py file, but all works seems to no effect.
