Search for ticket/release numbers without preceding "#" or "r"

The search code should not require that the user know about the "#", "r" or other prefixes in order to get results.

For instance, on this site, if I search for "3750", I get no results. I would expect it return links to both ticket 3750 and release 3750 (if they exist.) Instead, to get the ticket, one has to search for "#3750", which is not at all obvious to the uninitated.
