Description

Dates are in format mm/dd/yy. What if I wanted to change it to dd.mm.yyy?

The TracLocale option was defined for that (added in changeset [1346]), when using mod_python. Add a line like this one in your web server configuration : 

  PythonOption TracLocale "fr_FR.UTF-8"

This option has stopped working for me after upgrading to 0.11. I'll be glad to be provided some hints to debug why. OS: Debian Lenny.
