Description

A user could be associated with a time zone, to get localized timestamps .

Is there any way that this could be moved up to .11? This is really a vital function for teams that span countries and timezones.

Another vote for upping the priority on this. We use a hosted server in a different timezone from the development team. :-(

Wow, this enhancement request's been open for Three Years!

Here's one more vote to do this.

For any team which is geographically dispersed, user setting for prefered time-zone is a big win.
