Custom Wiki Formatting (color coded python code)

Description

We're going to be using Wiki a lot for documenting 'best practices' for coding and general code discussions, so we'd love to be able to color-code the python code in the Wiki like you can in MoinMoin.

It'd be nice to be able to use the same formatting when viewing a file in the Browser or via 'svn:blah/foo' TracLinks. Perhaps a dispatcher function which can determine which formatter to use depending on the filetype/extension?

Partially fixed in [429].

The browser still needs to be improved to allow mimeviewers.

[429] and [439] implements this as expected.

I've also added built-in WikiProcessors for most common programming languages.
